摘要 This study investigated the role of bricolage behavior in fostering team members’ resilience and regulating negative emotions in the workplace and explored the moderating effect of team-level power distance on the association between bricolage and resilience. Data were collected from 63 small teams of registered nurses, and a cross-level model was employed to evaluate the hypothesized relationships. The results of the analysis demonstrated that team members’ bricolage behavior is positively correlated with resilience and that this association is stronger when the team-level power distance is higher. Additionally, resilience mediates the association between bricolage and negative emotions. Therefore, this study proposes bricolage as a behaviorally oriented approach to enhancing workplace resilience and emphasizes the importance of cultural factors, such as power distance, to understanding the boundary conditions of the bricolage–resilience relationship. Future research should explore other cultural dimensions and examine the role of bricolage in various organizational contexts. Organizations should encourage and support bricolage behavior to foster resilience and counteract negative emotions, and managers should consider the effect of team power distance on the effectiveness of bricolage behavior.
