摘要 On March 29, 2018, the CPC announced that incorporation of The China Coast Guard (CCG) to the People's Armed Police Force (PAP) caused many discussions. In view of the current situation in which countries are fighting but without breaking mutual relationships, those countries have frictions on regional issues, but they are restrained and will not let the crisis rise indefinitely. Such an international situation invisibly limits the opportunities for governments to use the military, which has prompted countries to begin to strengthen the energy of maritime law enforcement forces, appearing in the surrounding waters in the type of second navy. This article attempts to explore the integration of China's maritime law enforcement forces, and analyzes the significance of the integration of CCG into PAP, as well as the possible considerations behind the current personnel arrangements. Also, it will addressed those threats which the CCG after consolidation in the end of this article.
