| 摘要 | As we get older, we tend to experience more problems such as insomnia, poor sleep quality, and nightmares. According to various studies, emotional factors and stress are responsible for these problems, while other studies suggest that it is dysregulation in the brain’s functioning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in brain wave activity between good and poor sleepers using a virtual reality environment (VRE) design. Additionally, it looks at participants who do simple closed-eye meditation without VRE immersion. The purpose of this research is to find out if VRE can identify the physiological traits of poor sleepers better. The results show that VRE may have a stronger effect on physiological responses than just closing the eyes. The study highlights differences in alpha power, theta power, and sensorimotor rhythm (SMR) between good sleepers and poor sleepers during immersive VR relaxation. The VRE-based approach could potentially shed light on physiological regulatory problems in people with sleep problems, which may improve our understanding of sleep problems and enhance future interventions. |
