摘要 The patent transaction market is highly structured; the market status and industry constraints characterize the features of players. Therefore, market players demonstrate various behaviors in transactional capability and opportunity. The market players can strategize their assets transaction to achieve IPR management. These implications provide firms to maintain the value of intellectual properties, but also demonstrate the transactional structure of their competitive advantage.
