摘要 The purpose of this study was designed to investigate the relationships of three motives (i.e., prosocial motives, impression management motives, and organizational concern) with OCB and the moderating effects of age-related measures (chronological age and tenure) in the motive-OCB relationships in a sample of public park and recreation employees. Age and organizational tenure were found to be a significant moderator in the positive relationships of prosocial motives with some OCBs (i.e., altruism, courtesy, and civic virtue). In addition, organizational tenure was found to strengthen the negative relationship of impression management motives with conscientiousness and sportsmanship. Public park and recreation agencies should recognize the value of older and long-tenured employees.
