| 摘要 | Mixed case interval censored data arise when the event time of interest is only known to lie in an interval. In these cases; each study subject is examined or observed periodically. In this project, we consider a general class of semiparametric transformation with cure subgroup, where subjects in this subgroup are not susceptible to the event of interest. We study complete-data full likelihood of this two-part model. We will conduct simulations and analyze the HDSD study using the proposed approach. 一般所有存活分析中都是假設事件時間是易感受性，也就是假設每事件必然發生。 在臨床試驗中，這樣的假設對長期存活資料並不適當。由於醫學研究的發展， 區間設 限資料在臨床試驗研究上被廣泛收集。在這樣的試驗中，每位研究對象的病人都是週期 性的被檢驗或觀察，因此我們可以視事件時間為某段確定的時間，稱之為區間設限時 間。在這一個計畫中，我們將針對事件未必發生(不易感受性)及事件發生時間為區間設 限資料建立轉換模型來處理，此法提供一彈性模型避免直接選取某迴歸模型的問題。我們 將針對HDSD (Ma, 2010)資料做進一步分析說明。 |
