摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate Taekwondo competitors’ key attacking actions that influenced the result of the game. In different games, competitors’ success rate and attacking actions which scored were analyzed to sort out the major factors for the competitors to win the game. The participants of the study were the 62 competitors including the weight divisions of female -49kg, female -57kg, male -58kg, and male -68kg. The game took place on August 20-21, 2008 in Beijing Science and Technology University Gymnasium. Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis were applied in the study. Analyzed by video observation, the reliability was .91, which was transformed into quantitative data and verified by ANOVA and Welch to find out the relationship of the game result. The findings of the study were summarized as follows. There were significant differences between the success rate and the attacking actions of the trunk attack and the head attack while there were no significant differences between the success rate and the turn kick. The average scores of the head attack were 1.99 on the winners and 1.48 on the losers. The average scores of the turn kick were .37 on the winners and .29 on the losers. There were significant differences between the trunk attack and the success rate (p=.036) while there were no significant differences between the turn kick and the success rate (p=.377). On the other hand, Welch analysis found out that there were significant differences between the head attack and the success rate(p=.011). In conclusion, the major attacking action of the Taekwondo competitors was the trunk attack while the turn kick and the head attack were not the leading attacking techniques in 2008 Beijing Olympic Taekwondo Games. |
