摘要 In Asian countries, the use of ICT in education has become increasingly popular. Additionally, students also use ICT to learn in their daily lives, they may use the web to read information online. This study addresses whether this change in online reading habits has influenced students’ reading literacy. This study used data mining to explore the OECD/PISA 2009 data, and applied regression analysis to analyze the data. This study found that the varying conditions in different student groups, the related factors that influence reading literacy are diverse. Besides, online reading did not significantly increase reading literacy without feelings of enjoyment in the highest performing group of Chinese students.
