摘要 This article addressed how the fuzzy statistics can be applied to tackle the issues for preparing human resource in colleges. This study recognizes the college students are potential human resources for public or private sectors. Students campus life in terms of time management styles may impact on their preparation for competencies in future job market. This study shows how the fuzzy questionnaire, defuzzification, fuzzy distance, fuzzy index of efficiency, and fuzzy correlation can be used to interpret the emergent issues among college students. This study found that the data collection and data transformation followed by fuzzy logics are more reasonable to explain the human resource related issues in higher education.
