摘要 Background: The exception of the students for the stadium depends on term of the functions and services in college. Well-managed stadium can provide not only the high quality teaching environment, but also the leisure activities space for the teachers and students. Further, it is able to establish the communicating between the community and school. This paper uses the idea of the PDCA cycle to realize the TQM and improves the quality of service by reviewing the feedback of the questionnaire. Methods: Using a questionnaire of ”Stadium user satisfaction”, we receive 485 valid questionnaires from 500 questionnaires. The acceptable ratio is 97 percentages. Then we use the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and few statistical methods to analyze the data. Results: 1) Weight Training Room is with the highest ratio on the usage. 2) The frequency of usage is 1-3 times per week. 3) The time of usage is 60-120 minutes each time. 4) In the survey, ”the lighting of environment” is with the highest percentage on satisfaction. The following items are ”clean” and ”comfort”. 5) Heavy user gives the better commendation in the questionnaire. 6) 66.2% of user gives positive recommendation. The goal of the gymnasium of TamKang University is to provide the comfortable space and high quality service. We continually use self-examination to improve the quality of service and realize the idea of Total Quality Management.
