摘要 網路世代的科技發展迅速，一般人獲取資訊管道呈現多元化，除了有大量文字外，更有大量豐富的圖像媒介。圖書館與資訊科學也一直與時俱進，圖書館與資訊科學相關科系(其下簡稱圖資系)教師也同步提供學生實體與虛擬世界的多元學習資訊。然而在強調平等受教權的今日，無法如常人般閱讀的全盲生進入圖資系就讀，其所閱讀的資訊絕大部分仍以文字或聲音方式呈現，難以掌握實體與虛擬的圖像資訊，如中、英文分類編目課程中，需透過看實體書進行分類編目；或程式寫作中圖形功能鍵的應用等都面臨困難，導致侷限其吸收資訊與學習的品質。 故本研究希望了解此現況之全貌以及全盲生之實際需求，以做為教授圖資全盲生之參考依據。本研究以文獻分析、深度觀察及訪談法進行；深度觀察部份以淡江大學資圖系全盲生潘碧惠同學為對象，深度觀察其上課狀況、教師與同班同學之互動反應。訪談部份包含全盲生、10位曾教授過該生之專兼教師、20位同班同學進行深度訪談，以了解目前全盲生上課之現況，勾勒教學與受教之全貌，希望最後提出教授圖資系全盲生之建議，讓全盲生教育更加順利。 The research is trying to investigate the current situation about the learning in Department of Information and Library Science by blind students in Tam-Kang University. Due to the rapid Sci-Tech development of modern generation, Library and information Scholars promote students derive information from multiple channels. The information includes not only large quantity of words, but also pictures and images. However, most of the pictorial information for blind student was transformed into vocal message or Braille that excluded lots of information provided by pictures only. The deficiency could limit the possibility of the blind students’ learning. The present research mainly interviewed 31 subjects in Tam-Kang University, including 1 blind student, 10 teachers of blind student, 20 classmates of blind student. The results hope to improve the leaning and teaching of blind in Department of Information and library Science.
