| 摘要 | This study examines how employees’ perceptions of their professional team sport organisation’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) image influence their well-being. Drawing on social identity theory and service-dominant logic, it further investigates the mediating role of sport employee identification and the moderating role of co-production. Survey data from 217 full-time employees across 17 league-based professional team sport organisations in Taiwan were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings reveal that CSR image positively affects employee well-being both directly and indirectly via sport employee identification. Moreover, co-production significantly strengthens the link between CSR image and identification, but not the direct CSR–well-being pathway. These results underscore the value of CSR as a tool to enhance sport employee identification and well-being. Organisations are encouraged to actively involve employees in CSR initiatives to foster deeper organisational connection and promote a more engaged and healthier workforce. |
