摘要On August of 2012, Van Allen Probes (VAP), also known as Radiation Belt Storm Probes (RBSP) were launched to explore the Earth’s radiation belts which are located in the inner magnetosphere. Since the Relativistic Proton Spectrometer (RPS) carried by VAP are able to measure protons with energies above 58 MeV up to ~ 1 GeV, in this study, we analyzed proton fluxes measured by RPS during periods of solar proton events from the year of 2013 to 2015 to acquire the associated energetic proton environment in the radiation belt. Comparisons in the observed fluxes at the lowest and highest energy will be presented. We find that the differential directional fluxes of protons increase for these energy channels over all during the SPE periods, and the inner belt also shows a spatial expansion during these periods.
