| 摘要 | With the improvement of IT technology, we are living in the era nearly borderless and globalization. As German sociologist Ulrch Beck saying, with the perspective of denationalization or crossing border, a historical study of the 21st century should take an outlook from the history of local area. In another word, the view of continental history which we habitually used before let people be involved in the blind spot. Through the analysis of this article, the author tried to express the reason why looking history context must be using the view of maritime history and the importance of regional history in contemporary. |
