| 摘要 | This study developed a decision making process for the selection of rapid e-learning tools that could match different learning domains. With the development of the Internet, the speed of information updates has become faster than ever. E-learning has rapidly become the mainstream for corporate training and academic instruction. In order to reduce the human resource cost, repaid e-learning has been developed to provide simple and easy way to produce training materials. This study used Bloom’s taxonomy, rapid e-learning instructional design theories, and rapid e-learning production tools to develop a standard procedure and design principle for selecting rapid e-learning tools and creating rapid e-learning materials. The results were expected to provide great support and information for the future design and development of rapid e-learning training materials. |
