摘要 本研究主要是以硝酸銨鈰為起始劑,將醋酸乙烯酯單體接枝到幾丁聚醣分子鏈上而得到接技共聚合體。由實驗結果發現,幾丁聚醣/聚醋酸乙烯酯接枝共聚合體改善了聚醋酸乙烯酯的熱性質及機械性質,增加其吸水度,並提高了幾丁聚醣的熱安定性。將反應完畢之分散相水溶液直接烘乾成膜,會形成顆粒膜,而且顆粒表面富含幾丁聚醣。將此材料應用於銅離子吸附上,其吸附過程呈現兩段行為,銅離子吸附量隨著幾丁聚醣含量增加而增加。將幾丁聚醣/聚醋酸乙烯酯共聚合體醇化後,可得到幾丁聚醣/聚乙烯醇接枝共聚合體。此種材料應用在細胞培養上,發現幾丁聚醣的加入明顯改善了細胞在材料上的貼附,使得細胞活性增加。應用在血液適合性方面,發現有一最適合的組成,其材料吸附血小板的量為最低。 This work is to prepare a graft copolymer of PVAc on chitosan by usingCe(NH/sub 4/)/sub 2/(NO/sub 3/)/sub 6/ as an initiator through themethod of emulsion polymerization. It was found from experiments thatthe graft copolymer (chitosan-g-PVAc) had much better thermal andmechanical properties than pure PVAc. The degree of water absorptionwas greatly enhanced by the incorporation of chitosan into PVAc. Aparticulate membrane was obtained from the emulsion solution of thecopolymer by direct drying in oven. The surface of the membrane wasrich in chitosan. Applying this copolymer to the adsorption ofcopper-ion, a two-stage behavior was observed in the adsorptionprocess. The amount of copper ion adsorbed increased with increasingthe content of chitosan in the copolymer membrane. Through a reactionof alcoholysis, the chitosan-g-PVAc copolymer was then converted tochitosan-g-PVOH copolymer. From the experiment of cell culture onchitosan-g-PVOH membrane, it was observed that the presence ofchiotsan significantly improved the adhesion of cell on the copolymermembranes, and the activity of cell was highly enhanced. Theblood-compatibility of the copolymer was tested by a method ofplatelet adsorption. An optimal ratio of chitosan to PVOH was proposedto give a potential material with rather good properties in biomedicaluse.
