摘要 | 本研究係利用含有二感光性官能基之寡聚物PEGDA、丙烯酸(Acrylic acid)單體及光起始劑之感光組成物塗佈於不同基材後,加以紫外光硬化處理形成薄膜。進一步,將幾丁聚醣溶於丙烯酸水溶液中並均勻塗佈於薄膜上,其中丙烯酸能發揮偶合劑之效用,擴散至薄膜中使幾丁聚醣植於薄膜表面。藉由控制幾丁聚醣之濃度使表層幾丁聚醣厚度達到奈米層級,因幾丁聚醣具有抗菌效果,故可製備出奈米級之抗菌複合薄膜。利用電子顯微鏡(FESEM)、接觸角(Contact angle)測試及 X射線光電子分析儀(ESCA)來作表面分析,並使用大腸桿菌Escherichia coli.及金黃色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus來作抗菌測試。 Dopes prepared by blending of polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA), acrylic acid and a photoinitiator were cast and then UV cured on various substrates to form dense membranes. Subsequently, the later was coated with a layer of solution composed of chitosan, acrylic acid and water. As the acrylic acid diffused into the underneath membrane, chitosan coagulated into a nano-layer on the top. The morphology of the formed composite membrane was observed by low voltage FESEM. The contact angle measurement indicates a top surface consisted of high proportion of chitosan. The antibacterial activities of the membranes were examined with respect to a gram-negative (Escherichia coli) and a gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus). |
