In this paper, the phonon transport and thermal conductivity in compacted type nanocomposites (nanowires and nanoparticles) are investigated using a deterministic phonon Boltzmann transport equation solver. The effects of interface density and characteristic size on the phonon energy transport in nanocomposites are studied.
