In the former lotto selection will be executed by a computer system automatically.It is up to the player to decide which strategy is employed when selecting the numbers.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effectiveness of price elasticity for both the strategies based on a unique database of the players' selection tickets maintained by the monopoly lotto selection players(1.84)is larger than that of conscious players (1.45). Our conclusions support the conscious and quick selection bettors may belong to two different types of kinds of lottery players.tku
