| 摘要 | The study tries to integrate S-shaped value functions with gains and losses into PROMETHEE III for considering the risk preferences of DMs. In addition to the risk preference incorporation, the proposed method has an ability to differentiate many more alternatives. An evaluation of E-waste recycling plants is illustrated. |
