| 摘要 | 本研究以不同的產業供應鏈組態，對於供應鏈管理策略及績效之關聯性進行研究，以提供企業在進行供應鏈管理時有一適當之參考方針。本研究以製造業為研究對象，研究方法採郵寄問卷調查法，共寄出275封問卷，有效回收問卷為101份，回收率36.73％。研究發現，供應鏈活動傾向與供應鏈網路類型對於供應鏈管理策略均有影響。其中供應鍵網路型態對於庫存再壓縮策略與供應鏈活動傾向對於產品設計策略有顯著關係，企業內推遲之庫存再壓縮策略與產品差異化策略對於供應鏈績效呈現相關性，在供應鏈組態與管理策略的交互作用下，供應鏈績效也受到相當的影響性。 This research looks into different industrial supply chain types toexamine the relationship between supply chain management strategiesand their performance, so that it might provide helpful guidelines forcompanies engaged in supply chain management. This research targets onthe manufacturing industry. Mail survey has been conducted with 275survey forms delivered, among which 101 valid survey returns, or36.73%, were received. The research discovered that both the supplychain activity orientation and the supply chain network varieties werecapable of influencing supply chain management strategy. Specifically,the impact of the supply chain network varieties on inventoryre-reduction, as well as that of the supply chain activity orientationon product design strategy, was significant. A company's delayedinventory re-reduction strategy and Product diversification strategywere related to the performance of the supply chain. The interactionbetween supply chain type and management strategy also significantlyaffected the performance of the supply chain. |
