| 摘要 | 本論は､主体の特徴と過去における事象生起の有無という観点から､｢スルコトガアル｣の意味を考察したものである｡まず､主体の特徴から｢スルコトガアル｣の意味を検討した｡その結果､｢スルコトガアル｣は基本的に主体が個別的にも一般的にも､〈反復性〉､〈可能性〉を表すことが可能である､ということを明らかにした｡そして､｢スルコトガアル｣の表す〈可能性〉は､事象がかつて生起したことがあるかどうかといった経験‧事例との関わりと叙述の焦点によって､〈属性的可能性〉､〈事象生起の可能性〉､〈仮想の可能性〉という三つのタイプに分けることができた｡したがって､｢スルコトガアル｣の意味を左右するファクターは､主体の特徴ではなく､過去の経験または事例が存在するかどうかということと叙述の焦点なのである｡さらに､｢スルコトガアル｣の〈属性的可能性〉は､一般に認識されている性質から逸脱した､条件付きのポテンシャルであり､潜在可能文の表すような絶対的なものではない､ということが明らかとなった｡ This paper describes the meaning of "surukoto ga aru" in modern Japanese. The viewpoint of this paper is the characteristic of agent and the existence of experience or precedent. The conclusions are as follows.(1) The agents of the actions expressed by "surukoto ga aru" that means [repetition] and [possibility] are not only general agent, but also individaul agents.(2) The meaning of "surukoto ga aru" which expresses [possibility] can be classified as [qualitative possibility], [event accurrence possibility], [imaginary possibility] with the standard for the existence of experience or precedent, and the focus of description. Therefore, the factor influences the meaning of "surukoto ga aru" is not the characteristic of agent, but the existence of experience or precedent.(3) The meaning of "surukoto ga aru" which expresses [qualitative possibility] is different from the one that potential sentances means, and it means a kind of possibility which is not so absolute. |
