| 摘要 | The introduction of RFID on the freight delivery monitoring systems should provide better operation environment and delivery service. The purpose of this study is to conduct a potential user survey on the Taiwan fast delivery firms to identify the importance factors on the introduction of the RFID for this industry. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to the data obtained from this survey to identify the affecting factors for the introduction of the RFID. A Grey Affecting Analysis (GFA) was conducted to explore the interrelation between these factors. |
