| 摘要 | In this paper, Saaty's consistency ratio measure, which is used in the Analytic Hierarchy Process to measure the consistency of a pairwise comparison matrix, is commented on. Instead of saaty's consistency measure, an alternative detecting procedure to detect inconsistency is proposed. the detecting procedure can also indicate which elements in the pairwise comparison matrix, if any, will cause inconsistency. |
