In the past decade, it has seen the rapid development of teachers’ rights in schools. Whether teachers can balance their right and obligation properly or not is a matter for argument. This study aims to explore teachers’ perception on their rights and obligations. Four hundred high school teachers were invited to participate this survey to provide their opinions followed the selected 18 indicators. The collected interval data have been transformed by fuzzy means, defuzzification, and fuzzy distance. The results reveal that teachers viewed their right with high level of id
