By realizing students' learning motives, the satisfaction of service quality in school education, and after learning behavior in the on-the job programs, this study aimed at setting recruiting strategies and improving service quality, so as to raise education standard, increase school competition ability, and decrease the management problems due to unsuccessful recruitment.
