Three types of DMFC flow channels were fabricated and discussed in this paper. The first type is a single serpentine flow channel; the second type is the smooth corner serpentine flow channel, and the third type is the unilateral crooked serpentine flow channel. Experimental investigations into the DMFC polarization curves with different flow channel combinations were conducted.
