13 103/2 統計系 陳淑嬌 助理教授 期刊論文 發佈 應用整合性科技接受模式探討醫院呼吸治療照護管理導入無線射頻辨識技術之成效 , [103-2] :應用整合性科技接受模式探討醫院呼吸治療照護管理導入無線射頻辨識技術之成效期刊論文應用整合性科技接受模式探討醫院呼吸治療照護管理導入無線射頻辨識技術之成效鄭雅穗; 盧以詮; 沈聖倫; 陳大勝; 陳淑嬌福祉科技與服務管理學刊 Vol.3,No.3 pp329 - 330無線射頻辨識(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)技術近年來普遍被醫療相關產業使用,國內多家醫院已使用RFID識別技術藉以提昇醫院病患的醫療安全、增進醫療業務的作業效率及改善醫療服務水準。加護病房內呼吸衰竭重症病患使用的呼吸器,皆由呼吸治療師負責呼吸器管理與照護,以維持病患的生命需求,對於呼吸治療師而言,登錄錯誤就會發生整個醫療照護團隊對於病患臨床呼吸生理與疾病狀況評估產生錯誤,進而造成醫療延誤,因而危害病患的疾病療程;但部分醫院內的呼吸治療臨床照護作業至今仍是手寫資料登錄與人工病患辨識,人為辨識容易錯誤且登錄資料費時易造成作業效率低落。RFID在呼吸治療中被用於提升資料辨識的效率與正確性,且呼吸器為醫院的貴重儀器,透過RFID則可以有效的管理呼吸治療儀器設備,了解其設備之採購時間、使用率和維修狀況,以做為儀器設備效益分析之工具。有鑑於此,本研究以台灣某醫學中心呼吸治療師為研究對象,探討呼吸治療照護導入RFID技術效益之研究,以提升呼吸照護品質、醫療錯誤降低、縮短作業時間、作業效率增加、呼吸照護資訊交換及呼吸器追蹤管理。zh_TW2306-1790國內TSSCI;否TWN

We propose various non-informative and informative priors for the unknown lognormal parameters and compute the Bayes estimates under squared error loss function. Importance sampling technique and OpenBUGS are taken into consideration for the computational purpose. Further, we predict lifetimes of both censored and future samples under one- and two-sample prediction frameworks. We also compute the corresponding Bayes predictive bounds. A simulation study is conducted to compare the performance of proposed estimates and a real data set is analyzed to illustrate application

In the representative parent compounds, including the newly discovered Fe-vacancy-ordered K 0.8 Fe 1.6 Se 2, an unusual change of orbital character is found across the one-Fe Brillouin zone upon unfolding the first-principles band structure and Fermi surfaces, suggesting that covering a larger one-Fe Brillouin zone is necessary in experiments. Technol. 25, 084007We examine the relevance of several major material-dependent parameters to the magnetic softness in iron-based superconductors by means of first-principles electronic structure analysis of their parent compounds. The results are explained in the spin-fermion model where localized spins and orbitally degenerate itinerant electrons coexist and are coupled by Hund's rule coupling. We found that the difference in strength of the Hund's rule coupling term is the major material-dependent microscopic parameter for determining the ground-state spin pattern. The magnetic softness in iron-based superconductors is essentially driven by the competition between the double-exchange ferromagnetism and the superexchange antiferromagnetism.en國外SCI;是GBR

B 87, 155104We report an Eu L3-edge resonant inelastic x-ray scattering (RIXS) investigation of the electronic structure of EuB6. We observe that the RIXS spectral weight around 1.1 eV increases dramatically when the system is cooled below the ferromagnetic ordering temperature and follows the magnetic order parameter. This spectral feature is attributed to the intersite excitation from the local 4f orbital to the spin-split 5d orbital on the neighboring site, illustrating the essential role of exchange splitting of the conducting electrons. Based on our density functional theory calculations and the RIXS data, EuB6 at low temperature can be consistently described with a semimetallic electronic structure

Lett. 104, 021605We investigated the electronic properties of epitaxial silicene on ZrB2(0001) thin film grown on Si(111) by means of low-temperature scanning tunneling spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations. The position of silicon atoms and thus, the localization of the valence and conduction states were deducted from the comparison of the spectra and the computed local density of states. We point out the strong contribution of pz orbitals of specific atoms to those states which indicates the π character of the conduction and valence bands. Rev. B 90, 165423The interplay of sp2- and sp3-type bonding defines silicon allotropes in two- and three-dimensional forms. A two-dimensional phase bearing structural resemblance to a single MoS2 layer is found to possess a lower total energy than low-buckled silicene and to be stable in terms of its phonon dispersion relations. A set of cigar-shaped nematic orbitals originating from the Si sp2 orbitals realizes bonding with a sixfold coordination of the inner Si atoms of the layer. Although buckled Sb and Bi honeycombs support 2D topological insulator (TI) phases, their structure becomes planar under tensile strain. The planar Sb/Bi honeycomb structure restores the mirror symmetry, and is shown to exhibit non-zero mirror Chern numbers, indicating that the system can host topologically protected edge states. Lett. 116, 066802The recent discovery of the first Weyl semimetal in TaAs provides the first observation of a Weyl fermion in nature and demonstrates a novel type of anomalous surface state, the Fermi arc. Like topological insulators, the bulk topological invariants of a Weyl semimetal are uniquely fixed by the surface states of a bulk sample. Zahid HasanNature Communications 7, 10639A Weyl semimetal is a new state of matter that hosts Weyl fermions as emergent quasiparticles. The Weyl fermions correspond to isolated points of bulk band degeneracy, Weyl nodes, which are connected only through the crystal’s boundary by exotic Fermi arcs. The length of the Fermi arc gives a measure of the topological strength, because the only way to destroy the Weyl nodes is to annihilate them in pairs in the reciprocal space.
