1 106/2 學動組 陳瑞辰 副教授 期刊論文 發佈 滿意度因素對淡江大學暑期游泳訓練班消費者再購意願影響 , [106-2] :滿意度因素對淡江大學暑期游泳訓練班消費者再購意願影響The Effect of Satisfaction Dimensions on Customer Repurchasing Intention in TamKang University Summer Swimming Course陳瑞辰運動休閒管理學報 15(2), p.23-48目的:本研究以淡江大學暑期游泳訓練班之消費者為研究對象,調查不同背景消費者對游泳訓練班滿意度現況;比較不同背景消費者對滿意度之差異情形;再檢視游泳課程實際再購者之關鍵因素構面。方法:本研究以自編「淡江大學暑期游泳訓練班再購消費者滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具,於2015年7月20日至8月28日採合目標抽樣方式,進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷共200份,資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及邏輯斯迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。結果:一、消費者以距離泳池路程6至10分鐘、與家人同行參與的8至9歲女性居多;二、消費者對整體滿意度之評價為滿意偏向非常滿意的水準,尤以「教練教學」的解釋變異量百分比最高;三、不同性別、年齡、參與形式與路途時間對滿意度之評價具有顯著性差異;四、「服務積極性」構面對消費者再購意願具有關鍵性影響因素。最後,建議經營業者應改善軟硬體服務品質、強化教學效能、建置意見回饋系統、提供多樣化開課期程、增進教練與服務人員溝通技巧、實施策略化招生與課程費用方案,並以創造尊榮感服務為最終目標。 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct the factors of core dimensions which were the consumers most concern. Aimed to understanding the core factors, consolidating and enhancing the most important dimensions which were consumers concern who participated TamKang University summer swimming course. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire (TamKang University Summer Swimming Course Consumer Satisfaction who had Repurchased) as a tool. Of the total consumer sampling surveys conducted from July 20 to August 28, 2015, 200 valid surveys were retrieved through Purposeful Sampling (consumers had repurchased). PASW 18.0 statistics software was used to process and analyze the data, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way MANOVA, and logistic regression. Results: The study indicated that the features of most frequent participating comsumer were 8-9 year old women, participating with family members, spent 6-10 minutes from swimming pool. The comsumers' overall evaluation was slightly near very satisfying level, eapecially in factor of "coach teaching". There were significant differences in evaluation of satisfaction between gender, age, participatory form and spending time. "Service positivity" had a key influencing factor in repurchasing intention. Improving the quality of software and hardware services, strengthen the teaching effectiveness, building feedback system, proving a variety of start-up period, enhancing the communication skills on coaches and service staffs, implementing strategy programs of enrollment and course fees, and creating a sense of honor and glory for the service as the ultimate goal.滿意度;忠誠度;再購意願;邏輯斯迴歸;Satisfaction;Loyalty;Repurchase Intention;Logistic Regression

Lee; C. W. Wang; J. CrainPhys. Rev. B 61(6), 3851The compression mechanisms of the elements selenium and tellurium (which exhibit highly anisotropic bonding under ambient conditions) are explored. A combination of experiments and ab initio simulation (including generalized gradient corrections) is used to examine the structural and dynamic properties of these elements in detail. The effect of pressure on both these systems is to enhance the weak interchain bonding at the expense of the stronger intrachain covalent interactions. This is manifested by a pronounced mode softening of the intrachain vibrational modes under pressure as found from both Raman spectroscopy and simulation. A corresponding increase of the rigid-chain rotation mode is also revealed by the calculations. We also investigate pressure-induced polymorphism in these materials in order to resolve controversy concerning the high-pressure crystallographic structures.

B 66(5), 052420Ab initio electronic structure calculations employing the fixed-spin moment procedure and the generalized gradient correction are used to explore the mechanical stability of α-iron and related magnetic materials, including body-centered-cubic cobalt and ziconium. The mechanical stability is found to depend sensitively on the magnetization. At relatively low values of the magnetization, specific vibrational and elastic instabilities are identified and are interpreted in terms of the behavior of the electronic density of states at the Fermi level. These results also raise the possibility of influencing the stability of bulk magnetic phases by external fields.

Lett. 99(2), 026401Nonresonant inelastic x-ray scattering measurements on NiO and CoO show that strong dipole-forbidden d−d excitations appear within the Mott gap at large wave vectors. These dominant excitations are highly anisotropic, and have [001] nodal directions for NiO. Theoretical analyses based on a novel, energy-resolved Wannier function (within the local density approximation+HubbardU) show that the anisotropy reflects the local exciton wave functions and local point-group symmetry. The sensitivity to weak symmetry breaking in particle-hole wave functions suggests a wide application to strongly correlated systems.

ZaliznyakNature Physics 5, p.867-872Theories involving highly energetic spin fluctuations are among the leading contenders for explaining high-temperature superconductivity in the cuprates1. These theories could be tested by inelastic neutron scattering (INS), as a change in the magnetic scattering intensity that marks the entry into the superconducting state provides a precise quantitative measure of the spin-interaction energy involved in the superconductivity2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11. However, the absolute intensities of spin fluctuations measured in neutron scattering experiments vary widely, and are usually much smaller than expected from fundamental sum rules, resulting in ‘missing’ INS intensity2,3,4,5,12,13. Here, we solve this problem by studying magnetic excitations in the one-dimensional related compound, Sr2CuO3, for which an exact theory of the dynamical spin response has recently been developed. In this case, the missing INS intensity can be unambiguously identified and associated with the strongly covalent nature of magnetic orbitals. We find that whereas the energies of spin excitations in Sr2CuO3 are well described by the nearest-neighbour spin-1/2 Heisenberg Hamiltonian, the corresponding magnetic INS intensities are modified markedly by the strong 2p–3d hybridization of Cu and O states. Hence, the ionic picture of magnetism, where spins reside on the atomic-like 3d orbitals of Cu2+ ions, fails markedly in the cuprates.

Lett. 104(21), 216401A general method is presented to unfold band structures of first-principles supercell calculations with proper spectral weight, allowing easier visualization of the electronic structure and the degree of broken translational symmetry. The resulting unfolded band structures contain additional rich information from the Kohn-Sham orbitals, and absorb the structure factor that makes them ideal for a direct comparison with angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy experiments. With negligible computational expense via the use of Wannier functions, this simple method has great practical value in the studies of a wide range of materials containing impurities, vacancies, lattice distortions, or spontaneous long-range orders.

TranquadaPhys. Rev. B 81(22), 220502(R)We present a combined analysis of neutron scattering and photoemission measurements on superconducting FeSe0.5Te0.5. The low-energy magnetic excitations disperse only in the direction transverse to the characteristic wave vector (12,0,0) whereas the electronic Fermi surface near (12,0,0) appears to consist of four incommensurate pockets. While the spin resonance occurs at an incommensurate wave vector compatible with nesting, neither spin-wave nor Fermi-surface-nesting models can describe the magnetic dispersion. We propose that a coupling of spin and orbital correlations is key to explaining this behavior. If correct, it follows that these nematic fluctuations are involved in the resonance and could be relevant to the pairing mechanism.

Rev. Lett. 105(10), 107004The varying metallic antiferromagnetic correlations observed in iron-based superconductors are unified in a model consisting of both itinerant electrons and localized spins. The decisive factor is found to be the sensitive competition between the superexchange antiferromagnetism and the orbital-degenerate double-exchange ferromagnetism. Our results reveal the crucial role of Hund’s rule coupling for the strongly correlated nature of the system and suggest that the iron-based superconductors are closer kin to manganites than cuprates in terms of their diverse magnetism and incoherent normal-state electron transport. This unified picture would be instrumental for exploring other exotic properties and the mechanism of superconductivity in this new class of superconductors.

B 83, 184523We report x-ray diffuse scattering studies of the iron chalcogenide Fe 1 + x Te as a function of doping and temperature for x = 0 . 03 , 0.08, and 0.12. In all cases, remarkably strong, characteristic diffuse scattering is observed. This scattering extends throughout the Brillouin zone and exhibits a nonmonotonic decay away from the fundamental Bragg peaks, with a peaklike structure at a reduced q ≈ ( 0 . 3 , 0 , 0 . 6 ) . We interpret this scattering as Huang diffuse scattering resulting from distortions induced by the interaction between the excess Fe and the FeTe layers. The form of the scattering indicates that this interaction is strong and extends a number of unit cells away from the interstitial Fe site. Further, the diffuse scattering shows a sudden decrease on cooling through the structural and magnetic phase transition, reflecting the first-order change of the electronic structure of FeTe.

KuEurophysics Letters(EPL) 96(3), 37007We have studied the dd excitations in NiO over three-dimensional momentum (q) space using nonresonant inelastic X-ray scattering. In addition to the previously reported peaks at 1.7 and 3.0 eV, another peak is found at 1.0 eV, with a dramatically different intensity distribution in momentum space.Contrary to the other two peaks that form oval structures maximizing at [111] directions, the 1.0 eV peak displays appreciable intensity along low-symmetry axes near [311] and [210], but vanishes in the three principal axes [100], [110], and [111], indicating a significant difference in the exciton wave function.We find good agreement between the experimental data and two state-of-the-art theories, advocating investigating other strongly correlated materials with similar experimental/theoretical approaches.

15 106/1 國企系 謝志柔 副教授 期刊論文 發佈 公司治理與經營績效:以顧客知曉為干擾變數 , [106-1] :公司治理與經營績效:以顧客知曉為干擾變數Corporate Governance and Operating Performance: The Moderating Variable of Customer Awareness張幸惠; 謝志柔商略學報 9(3), p.187-206本研究使用臺灣公司治理100指數,探討公司治理與經營績效之關聯性,並檢驗公司治理指數100宣告時,成分股是否有正的異常報酬。研究樣本包括774家上市公司,研究期間為2012年至2014年。迴歸分析結果發現,公司治理與經營績效關係並不顯著;然而,顧客知曉對公司治理與經營績效關係具有顯著的正向干擾效果,隱含高顧客知曉成分股顯著地正向影響經營績效。事件研究結果顯示,當公司治理100指數宣告時,宣告前有顯著地正的異常報酬,特別是高顧客知曉成分股。 This study uses Taiwan Corporate Governance 100 Index to investigate the relationship between corporate governance and operating performance. In addition, this study examines if the announcement of corporate governance 100 (CG100) firms shows positive abnormal returns for the selected CG 100 firms. The sample consists of 774 listed firms, spanning the period from 2012 to 2014. Ordinary least squares regression results show that the link between corporate governance and operating performance is insignificant. However, customer awareness has a significant positive moderating effect on the link between corporate governance and operating performance, which implies that CG100 firms with higher customer awareness have a significant positive effect on operating performance. In addition to synthesizing key facts, data and evidence from multiple sources into a cohesive viewpoint, this article also employs a review methodology but focuses especially on findings from a recent set of empirical studies that offer insights and recommendations for practitioners, (from venture capitalists (VCs), to entrepreneurs, and to investors) law enforcement officers, and researchers. The author finds that VCs all over the world are taking the idea of global investing more seriously than ever before. Most of them view strategic alliances with established local players as a key method for geographic expansion. In addition, many governments have begun giving funds to help with the incubation of start-ups to establish vibrant venture capital ecosystems for global competition. Meanwhile, exciting new avenues for growth being explored include clean technology, nanotechnology, medical devices and healthcare services. To maintain a competitive edge in the global arena, it is critical for Taiwanese VCs to have access to abundant financial resources so that they can continue to fund emerging companies. As globalization is about breaking barriers to enable collaboration, the sharing of ideas, and the conduct of commerce between companies outside local markets, the Taiwanese VCs need to embrace diversity and acquire new knowledge and expertise in areas that involve multi-sectoral collaborations. An expansive vision of the world is important; however, as important are the socio-cultural institutions that encourage VCs to enhance foreign language skills and exhibit high levels of occupational and geographic mobility. While there are various venture capital exit mechanisms, the literature shows that the most attractive option is through an initial public offering. For this reason, a stock exchange should be transparent, liquid and capable of discharging its primary function of raising funds for promising companies. Because venture capital firms act as a catalyst for innovation, entrepreneurship, job creation and economic growth, the Taiwanese government must develop policies aimed at removing various legal and regulatory obstacles and hindrances to the practice of venture capital. Also, the government needs to enact new measures to encourage and support innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. 20 103/2 統計系 陳淑嬌 助理教授 期刊論文 發佈 應用整合性科技接受模式探討醫院呼吸治療照護管理導入無線射頻辨識技術之成效 , [103-2] :應用整合性科技接受模式探討醫院呼吸治療照護管理導入無線射頻辨識技術之成效期刊論文應用整合性科技接受模式探討醫院呼吸治療照護管理導入無線射頻辨識技術之成效鄭雅穗; 盧以詮; 沈聖倫; 陳大勝; 陳淑嬌福祉科技與服務管理學刊 Vol.3,No.3 pp329 - 330無線射頻辨識(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)技術近年來普遍被醫療相關產業使用,國內多家醫院已使用RFID識別技術藉以提昇醫院病患的醫療安全、增進醫療業務的作業效率及改善醫療服務水準。加護病房內呼吸衰竭重症病患使用的呼吸器,皆由呼吸治療師負責呼吸器管理與照護,以維持病患的生命需求,對於呼吸治療師而言,登錄錯誤就會發生整個醫療照護團隊對於病患臨床呼吸生理與疾病狀況評估產生錯誤,進而造成醫療延誤,因而危害病患的疾病療程;但部分醫院內的呼吸治療臨床照護作業至今仍是手寫資料登錄與人工病患辨識,人為辨識容易錯誤且登錄資料費時易造成作業效率低落。RFID在呼吸治療中被用於提升資料辨識的效率與正確性,且呼吸器為醫院的貴重儀器,透過RFID則可以有效的管理呼吸治療儀器設備,了解其設備之採購時間、使用率和維修狀況,以做為儀器設備效益分析之工具。有鑑於此,本研究以台灣某醫學中心呼吸治療師為研究對象,探討呼吸治療照護導入RFID技術效益之研究,以提升呼吸照護品質、醫療錯誤降低、縮短作業時間、作業效率增加、呼吸照護資訊交換及呼吸器追蹤管理。zh_TW2306-1790國內TSSCI;否TWN

We propose various non-informative and informative priors for the unknown lognormal parameters and compute the Bayes estimates under squared error loss function. Importance sampling technique and OpenBUGS are taken into consideration for the computational purpose. Further, we predict lifetimes of both censored and future samples under one- and two-sample prediction frameworks. We also compute the corresponding Bayes predictive bounds. A simulation study is conducted to compare the performance of proposed estimates and a real data set is analyzed to illustrate application

In the representative parent compounds, including the newly discovered Fe-vacancy-ordered K 0.8 Fe 1.6 Se 2, an unusual change of orbital character is found across the one-Fe Brillouin zone upon unfolding the first-principles band structure and Fermi surfaces, suggesting that covering a larger one-Fe Brillouin zone is necessary in experiments. Technol. 25, 084007We examine the relevance of several major material-dependent parameters to the magnetic softness in iron-based superconductors by means of first-principles electronic structure analysis of their parent compounds. The results are explained in the spin-fermion model where localized spins and orbitally degenerate itinerant electrons coexist and are coupled by Hund's rule coupling. We found that the difference in strength of the Hund's rule coupling term is the major material-dependent microscopic parameter for determining the ground-state spin pattern. The magnetic softness in iron-based superconductors is essentially driven by the competition between the double-exchange ferromagnetism and the superexchange antiferromagnetism.en國外SCI;是GBR

B 87, 155104We report an Eu L3-edge resonant inelastic x-ray scattering (RIXS) investigation of the electronic structure of EuB6. We observe that the RIXS spectral weight around 1.1 eV increases dramatically when the system is cooled below the ferromagnetic ordering temperature and follows the magnetic order parameter. This spectral feature is attributed to the intersite excitation from the local 4f orbital to the spin-split 5d orbital on the neighboring site, illustrating the essential role of exchange splitting of the conducting electrons. Based on our density functional theory calculations and the RIXS data, EuB6 at low temperature can be consistently described with a semimetallic electronic structure

Lett. 104, 021605We investigated the electronic properties of epitaxial silicene on ZrB2(0001) thin film grown on Si(111) by means of low-temperature scanning tunneling spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations. The position of silicon atoms and thus, the localization of the valence and conduction states were deducted from the comparison of the spectra and the computed local density of states. We point out the strong contribution of pz orbitals of specific atoms to those states which indicates the π character of the conduction and valence bands. Rev. B 90, 165423The interplay of sp2- and sp3-type bonding defines silicon allotropes in two- and three-dimensional forms. A two-dimensional phase bearing structural resemblance to a single MoS2 layer is found to possess a lower total energy than low-buckled silicene and to be stable in terms of its phonon dispersion relations. A set of cigar-shaped nematic orbitals originating from the Si sp2 orbitals realizes bonding with a sixfold coordination of the inner Si atoms of the layer.
