| 摘要 | 在競爭激烈的時代裏，使用高科技以提昇企業之生產力對企業是否能永續生存，扮演了極為重要的角色。近年來「光速般商務」建立整合式資料庫發展環境的理論，已受到全球產業界及政府部門的極度重視。其中，「交談式電子技術手冊」更是提高各項產品產能及服務品質保證的有力工具。盱衡未來發展趨勢，本文依循晚近在軟體工程上所提出的「漩渦模式」方法論，運用其不斷改良原型及風險管理的特性，以提昇企業在開發「交談式電子技術手冊」過程的實質效益，期能建立一高品質之整合開放資訊化系統，進而促成企業競爭力的全面提昇。 The promotion of productivity through high technology is vital for the development of an enterprise in today's competitive world. Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), as a part of Commerce At Light Speed(CALS), are a powerful tool to promote the productivity and sevice quality. A spiral model for developing IETMs is proposed in this paper. Through the appropriate use of well- designed IETMs, a high-quality open-information system can be constructed to make an enterprise more competitive and more able to operate in a business realm. |
