| 摘要 | 本研究為結合主管資訊系統與資料倉儲環境，實際開發出建構於資料倉儲環境上的零售連鎖業主管資訊系統。而在雛型系統完成後，即以系統為研究核心，針對高階主管以及曾有建構資料倉儲經驗的資訊部門主管，分別設計開放式問卷。而本研究分別對3位高階主管以及2位資訊部門主管，進行深度訪談，希望藉由雛型系統搭配訪談問卷的方式，來探討發展主管資訊系統於資料倉儲環境中，於建構與開發過程中需考量因素與注意事項，以及系統在效率與整合性上的表現，是否能更滿足高階管理者管理工作上的需求。而最後研究結果整理出資料倉儲與主管資訊系統建構開發時應考慮與注意的事項，並瞭解藉由資料倉儲與主管資訊系統的結合，更能符合高階主管管理工作上的需求。而經由本研究之探討，期望可以提供未來企業發展主管資訊系統之參考。 This study focuses on the integration of executive information system and data warehouse. We construct the EIS on a chain of retail stores with data warehousing technology. After constructing a prototype system, we interview 3 chief executive officers (CEOs) and 2 chief information officers (CIOs). It is about the consideration factors and a point for attentions of constructing an EIS, system performance, data integration among data stores, issues of data warehousing, and CIOs' business requirements. In this paper, we collect some important conclusions when constructing and combining EIS with data warehouse, and summarizing the consensuses and benefits of integrating EIS and data warehouse. We hopes that it can support some references for developing EIS in the future. |
