摘要 本研究團隊發展之高壓氣泡油膜萃取系統(專利申請中)可瞬間產生大量微米級含 油膜氣泡,可於幾秒內將廢水中之重金屬濃縮分離,其水/油體積比例可高達上千, 也就是可將金屬濃縮上千倍。為了提高出流水的品質及將高壓氣泡油膜萃取程序應 用於實場廢水處理,未來三年之計畫將著重於薄膜及其它油水物化分離程序與高壓 氣泡油膜萃取系統整合,藉由高壓氣泡油膜萃取系統及薄膜或其它油水物化分離程 序加速金屬回收及油水分離。可行性先導實驗之結果顯示,油膜氣泡和乳化油滴有 非常不同之特性,高壓氣泡油膜程序所產生之含油膜氣泡於後續油水分離程序中可 有效、且非常容易被分離。除了操作壓力相對低外,高達99.1%的油水分離效率可 輕易達到。 本整合程序有下列優點: 1. 去除效率高 2. 設備體積小 3. 高水/油體積比例 4. 重金屬及油脂一併去除 5. 減少萃取液及反萃液的使用量 We have developed a paten pending process, compressed air-assisted solvent extraction (CASE), for removing and recovering metal. The novel process can produce enormous amount of micro-sized solvent-coated air bubbles instantaneously, and within seconds these solvent-coated air bubbles can remove and concentrate metal ions from aqueous solution. An aqueous/oil volume ratio of higher than thousand, i.e., concentration factor of higher than thousand times, can be achieved by CASE. In the next three years, we are going to study membrane process and other physical/chemical coalescer for separation of used solvent from treated water to achieve higher effluent quality and to apply the integrated system in the real wastewater. Our preliminary study shows that solvent-coated air bubbles are quite different from emulsified oil droplets. Solvent-coated air bubbles can be effectively separated by membrane with efficiency of higher than 99.1% under relatively lower trans-membrane pressure required compared to the same system for treating solution containing emulsified oil droplets. The proposed process has the advantages of: 1. providing high removal efficiency 2. reducing foot plan of treatment process 3. achieving high aqueous/oil volume ratio 4. removing heavy metal and oil simultaneously 5. reducing extraction and stripping agent usages
