摘要 本團隊承襲過往對於電子散熱相關研究以及近年發展LED 相關照明機具之設計與實作經 驗,提出本研究計畫『高功率LED 照明系統散熱技術』。將LED 照明系統模組化,並於設計同 時充分利用模擬進行評估,設計成為封閉式燈具,其外罩本身結合散熱器,利用迴路式虹吸熱管 作為散熱機制,搭配LED 分層設置,並設計複合式LED 晶片模組包含其電路設計進行熱管理。 另一方面,有鑑於防爆燈具之抗化學性與耐壓性等需求,且一般成本頗高維修不易之情況,本計 畫將設置LED 照明模組取代廠房與實驗室之特殊防爆燈具,以提供在符合同樣的環境需求下, 更加節約且穩定之產品。 本計畫執行重點如下: a. 封閉式模組化LED 照明系統,充分利用模擬進行設計評估。 b. 利用迴路式虹吸熱管搭配複合式LED 分層設置進行熱管理。 c. 設計LED 照明模組取代廠房與實驗室之特殊防爆燈具。 d. 建立大型空間之穩定系統照明與外部散熱增強對流機制。 本研究期望以周密嚴謹的實驗與設計規劃,提供並非僅限於某些使用環境之系統設計,呈現 出一套技術規範,包含穩定,環保與使用便利性等考量,特別在長時間監測下,建立完整的數據 架構,提供未來相關研究參考。 The increase of high power LED heat generation with the illumination intensity is still a challenge for thermal engineers to design LED lighting module illumination. We deliver the experience from the research of micro cooler, heat spreader and LED streetlamp to this project of “Cooling Technique for High-power LED Lighting System.” Conventionally a passive cooling method like natural convection from heat sinks is no longer adequate for today’s high-power LED module. Add the loop thermosyphon cooling system is available to enhance the heat transfer from heat source to the heat sinks, which will combine with the module case to seal up whole system in this project. We make four objectives for this issue. a. Design a closed LED lighting module and simulated by CFD software. b. Add loop thermosyphon cooling system and disperse the LED light sources. c. Displace light source for flame-proof lighting system of particular places by LED. d. Make the result apply to large-space illumination with reliable design of convection. This project will build the material model by CFD software. And it will compare with practical products of these cooling systems combined to LED module for long-term reliability testing. Finally, these cooling methods will be applied to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of high-power LED products. The ultimate goal of this project is to develop reliable and cost-effective fabrication cooling technique for LED lighting system.
